Major 2026 Releases Worth Watching

The D&D 2024/2025 refresh cycle: new Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, and Monster Manual have released with updated rules, rebalanced classes, and weapon mastery. Between WotC, Paizo, Free League, Chaosium, Modiphius, Evil Hat, Kobold Press, MCDM, and thousands of indie creators on Kickstarter and itch.io, there are more new releases every week than you can read about. The community's recommended tracking method: subscribe to 2-3 publisher newsletters for games you actually play, check EN World's weekly news roundup (every Wednesday), and browse the r/rpg weekly "What's New" thread. Do not try to track everything — curate for the systems you run.
