Tokens shouldn’t stand still
Bring your minis to life. Upload a top-down token and get a transparent, seamless looping animation for Roll20 and Foundry — no baked-in frame, no solid box behind your character.
Five states, one mini
Render the moments your token actually needs.
Idle
Gentle breathing, a subtle weight shift, cloth and hair sway softly.
Ready
An alert combat stance, guard raised, with a slight steady bob.
Swing
A broad sweeping arm swing with natural follow-through.
Hit
A sharp recoil and stagger back, a brief flinch from a blow.
Cast
A channelling cast gesture, hands rising as energy gathers.
How it works
Upload your token
Drag in any top-down token. PNG, JPG or WebP — a single mini on a plain background works best.
Pick a state
Choose idle, ready, swing, hit or cast — or describe your own. The model animates the mini.
Drop it in
Download a transparent looping WebM and drop it into Roll20 or Foundry as an animated token.
Three tiers. Priced per state-clip.
Every clip exports as a transparent looping WebM for Roll20 or Foundry.
Fast
Quick animated state. Great for a first pass.
40 credits · per state-clip
Long clip costs double.
Balanced
Sharper, more detailed motion.

What is an animated token?
A top-down token turned into a seamless looping video with a true transparent background, where your mini breathes, guards, swings, flinches or casts while the rest of the frame stays clear. Drop the looping WebM into your VTT as an animated token.
Why WebM and not GIF or MP4?
WebM (VP9 with alpha) is the only common format that carries a clean transparent background at a small file size. GIF can’t hold clean transparency and balloons in size; MP4 has no alpha channel at all, so it would bake a solid box behind your mini. WebM keeps the background truly clear.
How do I add it to Roll20 or Foundry?
The export is a transparent looping WebM, so it sets as an animated token in Roll20 and Foundry VTT — the transparent background lets it sit cleanly on any map, and it loops all session without a visible restart.
What can I animate?
Five ready-made states — idle, ready, swing, hit and cast — or your own described motion. Each state is a separate clip, so you can render just the ones your token needs.
What can I upload?
Any top-down token as a PNG, JPG or WebP. A single mini on a plain or transparent background gives the cleanest result — the pipeline isolates your character before animating.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
From upload to loop in a few minutes. Each state-clip is priced in credits — 40 to 80 per short clip depending on the quality tier, with long clips costing double. You only pay for the states you render.
