Isolde Vantry

Isolde has the weathered look of someone who's spent more years on deck than on solid ground—salt-cracked lips, a nose that's been broken and reset slightly crooked, and forearms corded with rope-hauling muscle. Her human blood shows in the freckling across her cheeks and the restless energy she can never quite still, while her elven heritage surfaces in the subtle point of her ears and eyes that seem to hold too much light, like storm-glow trapped in amber. Lately those eyes flicker with faint violet-white sparks when she's excited, angry, or simply hasn't slept enough. Her hair, black and wind-tangled, has developed a habit of standing on end at the worst possible moments.
